King Killer Audio sells custom guitar tracking services and downloadable guitar loop and sample packs. Because these work differently, they have different refund terms. This policy covers both. It does not cover how you're allowed to use what you buy — that's governed by our License Agreement.

Custom services

We offer three custom, made-to-order services, each a fixed price and delivered by email:

  • Custom Tracking (Section) — $150

  • Custom Tracking (Full Song) — $250

  • Custom Guitar Hooks & Loops 10-Pack — $150


Because this work is created specifically for your project, refunds are limited once we've started.

  • Before work begins, you can cancel for a full refund.

  • Once work has begun, the order is non-refundable. What you've paid covers the time and studio work already committed to your project.

  • One optional revision round is included per custom order, so you can request changes and get the result right.

  • If something in the delivered files is defective or doesn't match what was agreed, contact us and we'll correct it (see "A problem with your order" below).


Digital products (loop and sample packs)

All sales of digital packs are final once the file has been downloaded or accessed.
Packs are delivered instantly as downloadable files. Once a file has been downloaded, it can't be returned, so we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations on digital packs after download. Please read the product description, listed specs (key, BPM, format), and any preview audio before buying.

A problem with your order
A limited refund policy doesn't mean no support. If a delivered file is corrupt, won't download, or doesn't match its description or what was agreed for a custom order, we want to fix it.
Email info@kingkilleraudio.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a description of the problem. We'll verify the issue and provide a corrected or replacement file. If we confirm we can't deliver working files that match what you purchased or agreed to, we'll make it right — including a refund in that specific case.
